The courage to take the next step can open the door to experiences you never even imagined.

Moving to another country for work is a major decision. A new job, a new environment, and a new everyday life all require courage. At the same time, they can open the door to valuable experiences, professional growth, and entirely new opportunities.
Heli, a registered nurse who found employment in Norway through Finnorse, recently shared an update with us about the beginning of her new journey.
Her work has started well, and she has received a warm welcome from her new colleagues and employer.
“Things have started off really well here. The reception has been very positive, and the company is taking great care of me.”
The photo accompanying this story was taken during a road trip to Ankenesfjellet in Narvik. Heli felt it reflected not only the beauty of Norway, but also the thoughts that have been guiding her through this new chapter:
“Sometimes things have to be difficult, and you need to take risks to achieve something. More often than not, those risks are rewarded.”
These words capture an experience familiar to many healthcare professionals who choose to work abroad. Relocating to a new country and starting a new job can feel challenging at first, but it often leads to personal development, professional growth, and unforgettable experiences.
At Finnorse, we are proud to support healthcare professionals throughout their journey to Norway and to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
We would like to thank Heli for sharing her story and wish her continued success in her career and adventures in Norway.
