Finnorse and Sotespotter Begin Collaboration

Finnorse and Sotespotter started their cooperation in June 2026.

Sotespotter focuses on the recruitment and pre-screening of healthcare professionals. The cooperation complements Finnorse’s existing partner network.

In this collaboration, Sotespotter operates in the early stage of the process by assessing candidates’ backgrounds and readiness. After this, candidates can proceed to Finnorse’s services, where they receive support with language training, authorization processes, and employment in Norway.



The goal is to provide a clear, step-by-step process in which candidates are supported throughout the entire journey. The cooperation is part of Finnorse’s broader operating model, where the expertise of different partners is utilized for the benefit of the candidates.
