Harri Ahonen
Bachelor of Arts, non-fiction writer, radiographer and expert on international working life.
I have extensive and international experience in the nursing field in Finland and Norway, and have worked in both the public and private sectors since 2000.
Working at the Finnish Embassy in Oslo has opened up new perspectives on international cooperation and Nordic interaction.
History studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities (2006) have deepened my ability to understand cultural and historical connections and developed strong information-seeking skills.
Ahonen has worked as a non-fiction writer since 2014 and as a lecturer and entrepreneur since 2015. These roles have strengthened her project management, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary manner with different actors.
Mikko Heponeva
Has worked as a radiographer for over 20 years in both the public and private sectors. International experience includes an Erasmus exchange in Wales and employment as a radiographer in Saudi Arabia. Both experiences have broadened professional perspectives and strengthened adaptability to diverse working environments.
In 2016, a transition into healthcare sales introduced new insights into the commercial aspects of the field and project planning. This experience has enhanced skills in project development and implementation.
Educational background includes a Radiographer’s degree (2000), additional training in radiation protection (2001), Bachelor-level update studies (2020), and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Development and Management (2024).
Work is characterized by a positive attitude, consideration for others, and a keen interest in information technology and emerging technological opportunities. Motivation stems from creating new solutions, solving problems, and continuous learning and professional growth.
