Harri Ahonen

Bachelor of Arts, non-fiction writer, radiographer and expert on international working life.

I have extensive and international experience in the nursing field in Finland and Norway, and have worked in both the public and private sectors since 2000.

Working at the Finnish Embassy in Oslo has opened up new perspectives on international cooperation and Nordic interaction.

History studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities (2006) have deepened my ability to understand cultural and historical connections and developed strong information-seeking skills.

Ahonen has worked as a non-fiction writer since 2014 and as a lecturer and entrepreneur since 2015. These roles have strengthened her project management, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary manner with different actors.

 Mikko Heponeva

Worked as a radiographer for over 20 years in both the public and private sectors. International experience gained from an Erasmus exchange in Wales and working as a radiographer in Saudi Arabia. Both experiences have broadened my professional perspective and strengthened my adaptability to different work environments.

In 2016, moving into healthcare sales roles brought new perspectives on the industry's commercial opportunities and project planning. This experience has strengthened my project development skills.

Her educational background includes a radiologist's degree (2000), additional training in radiation protection (2001), university degree refresher studies (2020), and a yamk degree in healthcare development and management (2024).

The work is characterized by a positive attitude, consideration for others, and an interest in information technology and new technological opportunities. Motivation is especially brought by brainstorming new solutions, solving problems, and continuous learning and professional development.
